Client Feedback. This is Why We Do It!!

Starting your own business is an extraordinary difficult thing to do. I have nothing but the utmost respect for entrepreneurs who’ve developed a successful product and/or service. It takes blood, sweat, tears, persistence, determination, a great team, years of hard work, and a little luck, frankly.

Since launching our online custom tailor shop we’ve been grinding daily on improving our service and developing our next online version – which is a constant exercise in the tech/e-commerce space.

With that said, it’s always great to receive positive feedback from our clients. I wanted to share this particular client’s feedback with you guys, because this summarizes the feeling we aim to deliver to each of our clients. It’s true. There is a very real feeling that a great garment can give you – a confidence, a bravado, a new way to look and feel about yourself. Clothing can do this, but only when it’s done properly. That level of service and expertise is what you should expect from a tailor shop.

Anyway, I could go on-and-on about the psychological value of investing in great long-term garments, but I’d rather let one of our clients share his own experience.

Dan & AOS Team,

I just wanted to say thank you.

I tried on my Ivy Glenplaid suit today, and I don’t think I’ve been this excited about a thing, since I got my first Gameboy.

I’ve tried on other suits before, but I always feel like I’m wearing someone else’s clothes. I’ll admit I was even a little skeptical with my fitting garment. The suit looked cool on other people in your blog posts, but I felt silly in my fitting photos and I didn’t really know how to articulate what I wanted, so I figured; Welp, maybe it’s not the suits; maybe I’m just a goof.

Well, I tried on my suit today and couldn’t help but think, Damn, I look fly! So, thanks for that. Thanks for putting effort into what you do. Thanks for making a good product. Thanks for being dope.
